/Events – Investigation case
In our latest update, we’ve significantly bolstered the depth and clarity of information available within both the tab interface and the investigation case details. Users can now expect a richer experience with more comprehensive insights readily accessible at their fingertips. These enhancements aim to streamline the investigative process, empowering users with the knowledge they need to make informed decisions efficiently.

/Events – Recurrent action
We’ve made the Recurrent action feature available for the “Infrastructure not reporting” trigger, enhancing its functionality. Previously, the trigger sent a reminder every hour, but now it can be configured or deactivated as needed. While this feature was already implemented, it’s now tailored specifically for this trigger, ensuring continuous notifications as long as the event persists. Users can rely on persistent alerts to address ongoing infrastructure reporting issues promptly, maintaining system reliability and performance effectively.

/Events – Triggered during evacuation
Building upon previous updates, we’ve implemented an enhancement for field records: if an event happens during an evacuation, a corresponding banner will appear, providing access that redirects users to the evacuation it pertains to. This streamlined feature ensures quick navigation and contextualization, enabling users to efficiently manage incidents within the context of ongoing evacuations.

/Events – Certificates about to expire
We’re addressing a crucial issue in our latest update: ensuring that all triggers generate an event on the Platform along with their corresponding Event Detail. To kick off this initiative, we’re honing in on the “Certificates about to expire” event. This enhancement will provide users with comprehensive visibility into potential certificate expiration, enabling proactive management to maintain system integrity.

/Analytics – Permits for dashboards
In response to user feedback, we’ve introduced a new capability in our latest update: the ability to enable/disable each dashboard per role. This feature grants administrators greater control over dashboard accessibility, allowing them to tailor the user experience based on specific roles within the organization. To set this up, reach out to your Customer Success Representative.

/MAP v2 on the way!
Our mission to deliver Map v2 necessitates a comprehensive overhaul of the UI for Items & events tooltips. With this objective in mind, we’re unifying information and incorporating essential functionalities such as “follow” and “view event” buttons, in alignment with the intuitive Map v1 functionality/UI. Additionally, we’re conducting a thorough review of Infrastructure tooltips to ensure they seamlessly integrate with the updated interface. Don’t forget to enable it from the settings and share your thoughts with us.

Events – Export Drill data
We’ve implemented a feature that mirrors a real evacuation scenario: when a field record for a drill evacuation is generated, the option to export the data is enabled.

/Rules – Frequency enhancement
We’ve successfully addressed a bug related to creating rules with frequency settings. Previously, users encountered difficulties saving frequencies when the place time-zone wasn’t set to 00:00, which is the default for most locations. With this fix, users can now seamlessly save frequency settings regardless of the time-zone, ensuring uninterrupted rule management across various locations.

This dashboard now provides a comprehensive view of workplace safety.

/Asset management – Certificates In our latest update, we’ve streamlined the certificate system by removing the mandatory file upload requirement, enabling users to save certificates without uploading a file. Additionally, in the items tab, we’ve added a “counter clip” that displays the total number of certificates for each item, irrespective of whether a file is uploaded. These improvements aim to enhance user experience and efficiency.

/EVENTS MODULE REMAKE

Introducing a division within the events module: day-to-day safety field records and investigation cases. Easily manage routine records while also delving deeper into cases that require investigation and follow-up. Achieve comprehensive resolution and effective tracking for a safer and more efficient environment.

Field records: All the records that the Drixit platform generates after creating your Business Safeyt Rules. In this Tab, the current details will be displayed with the option to modify the category.
Investigation cases: In order to address field records that necessitate a thorough follow-up and investigation, we have implemented a root cause investigation process. This powerful feature allows you to provide comments, upload relevant files, assign responsible individuals, and establish a status for each case. By doing so, you gain a comprehensive understanding of the current state of the investigation, enabling effective resolution and decision-making.

So, what’s new?

  • Two new separate tabs Field records & Investigation cases.
  • The secondary actions such as commenting & uploading files, had been moved to the Investigation Case tab.

/Spotter Dashboard enhancement

For clarity of analysis, we add specifications to each graph explaining the information shown. Furthermore, in the dashboard we differentiate the contacts with the colors Red and Yellow for the two identified zones. Note that for a contact to be detailed as Red, it must remain in the zone for at least one second.

/Evacuation enhancement

Since meeting points may overlap areas, we find it essential to specify the region of origin of the positions and the item group. Furthermore, in the number shown in the final count, we specify that some people may appear in more than one meeting point but are not counted twice, but that these areas are overlapping.

/Data added to Areas Tooltip
On the one hand, we can now add groups to the zones and on the other hand, in order to improve the visibility of information, we add the main characteristics of the zone to the tooltip:  Name,  Code, Description, Groups, Certificates needed.

If the user doesn’t define their own custom filter, a default filter will be proposed by Drixit, which will display all the active items and all the areas. This should help simplify the filtering process and make it more user-friendly. No matter how many jumps you make between modules, the filtering will be the one set as default. The filtering set is per user, not by company or place.

/Spotter – New Parameter

The spotter dashboard now has a new parameter, to remove or add those contacts where there was no driver assigned.

/Time&Attendance – Date & Time picker

In order to give more flexibility to the user, within the Time & Attendance module we implemented a new date & time picker.

When creating the “Infrastructure not reporting” trigger, there was previously no option to select a spotter. However, this has been rectified as we have added the option in the selector.

/Devices – Docking station
We have also made changes to the way docking stations are handled. If a tag that does not correspond to the place, is an anchor, or has any other configuration that is not a tag is plugged in, it will be counted as a slot in use, but in the UI, it will be shown as red and identified as unknown.

/Analytics – Default time range filter
Lastly, we have redefined the default time range filter in the analytics module. It has been changed from one month to one week, which improves the performance of the analytics module by reducing the time of display.”

/Fixes

/Devices – Docking station
We made a fix when it came to accounting for tags that were docked in the docking. Now what you see with your eyes is consistent with what is displayed on the screen.

⭐ New features

  • New Trigger: Notification of DEVICES NOT CHARGING. On a defined time it´ll check the number of devices which are not charging. If that´s equal or bigger to the defined value it´ll notify which devices are not charging
  • New Trigger: Certificates nearing expiration. This was already develop but we needed the CRON (automation of task by defining a certain time to execute) to be fully functional. We finish that part and made final adjustments to make it work
  • Add TYPE (Internal / Contractor / Visitor) to the ASSIGN TO component in RULES: Now we can create specific rules that only applies to specific TYPE of items. This allows the user to define a pecific workflow for contractor and a different one for internals regarding the same situation.
  • Add to the zones the property of making them “invisible”. That mean that those zones won´t be show in the map by default, the user will have to select that to see in the map. It´s a simple way of configurating default filters.
  • Enable the PROGRAMMABLE MESSAGE ACTION as a new action: We have a new notification action. This allows that when a rule is broken you can notify someone by making a phone call notifying the event.

  • On indoor map the tooltip disappears when clicking anywhere on the map to facilitate the usability of the map and emulate the same behaviour as the outdoor map
  • Wording definitions were updated across the platform (Event/Rule/Trigger). The main difference is that we were using EVENT for 2 different things. The situation that activates the rules (Social Distancing/Enter Zone/Still Man/etc..) is now a TRIGGER and EVENT is the result of a broken RULE. With this wording change we are looking to give more clarity on the use of the platform in a moment that it’s growing.
  • UX / UI Enhancements
  • Trigger improvement – StillMan is now a cumulative event: When a stillman rule is triggered we now count the total time the device wasn´t detecting movement. This improves the fact that we were generating lot´s of events in a certain time the device was still & we also add new data.
  • NOT VALID CERTIFICATES event detail: The main goal was to show WHICH certificates are needed on this zone and WHICH are missing and why for an NOT VALID CERTIFICATE ON ENTRY ZONE trigger event.
